I have been watching this Ebern Designs Elisheba Upholstered Platform Bed for too long before deciding to buy. It is perfect. I bought this Cheap Bed last week and I love it !! I've had compliments I was wearing, right from when I was trying them out at the store! Looks good.

I ordered Cheap Bed. Easy to assemble and took only a few minutes. I am not good at this so I was pleased. Love the white. It does not look cheap. Have had compliments on how attractive Cheap Bed. It took about a week to deliver. The Cheap Bed came. I was worried but I will order again from them. Nice not to have to pay duty as I am Canadian.

I am surprised to see the bad reviews on other website. I have purchased almost all items in my new house from Wayfair and they are really good! I even needed to change my dining chairs and their customer service was the best in the US! They replaced the Cheap Bed with no additional cost and made sure the process was easy on me. Last purchase was a new Cheap Bed. Another perfect delivery and excellent product. Not only was the price incredible, but the product was something I couldn't find locally. Excellent service. One of the items received was incorrect and an email to Wayfair resulted in the correct item being shipped overnight and they told me to donate the wrong item. No problems! Wayfair usually comes through on whatever it is that you order through them. I've had a few problems with a couple of furniture pieces, but they replace it w/o any hassle whatsoever. It's just that you have to wait for the piece to be shipped again which is a minor inconvenience sometimes. All-in-all, I'm very happy with my Wayfair experience and would recommend shopping with them to any and all.

This may have changed over the years but as of present, wayfair customer service has been absolutely phenomenal to work with. They've issued me credits even when I did not ask for one. They're available to chat most of the time as well.

I ordered a Cheap Bed from Wayfair and another Cheap Bed from another company last month, the couch came within 2 weeks, the Cheap Bed, still hasn't arrived. I want to thank Wayfair for fulfilling their end of the sale. Service was great, shipping was fast, and delivered with care. This is a great Ebern Designs Elisheba Upholstered Platform Bed and looks much more expensive than it is. I agree with some other reviewers that it does not smell good when it first came on, so I'm hoping it will go away. The smell left after my first time with him. Thinking about getting it in another color.
