I ordered a Cheap Bed from Wayfair and another Cheap Bed from another company last month, the couch came within 2 weeks, the Cheap Bed, still hasn't arrived. I want to thank Wayfair for fulfilling their end of the sale. Service was great, shipping was fast, and delivered with care. I only wish they had the other Cheap Bed as I'm quite sure I'd be enjoying that as well right now. This is a great Canora Grey Truesdale Upholstered Platform Bed and looks much more expensive than it is. I agree with some other reviewers that it does not smell good when it first came on, so I'm hoping it will go away. The smell left after my first time with him. Thinking about getting it in another color.

Well I had not bought one thing online in my life and heard about Wayfair. I was moving for the first time in 24 years and decided out with the old and in with the new. I refurnished every room in the house via wayfair over a period of 4-5 months. Oh yes there were some bumps in the road with damages and either waiting for full replacements or repair parts, this is where the bumps came in. The customer service reps were first class in making things right and always told me donate the current item I had rather than me pay for return shipping etc.which was always gratefully received I might add.

I have always wanted to get a Cheap Bed, but I never found one that met all my criteria. This Cheap Bed is wonderful. The photos do not do it justice. I ordered this online and really wanted to keep this furniture. The color is beautiful. If you ever thought about getting this Cheap Bed, do not think about it ... It's incredible!

I spoke to a very understanding and sweet customer services who both helped resolve my returns during the pandemic. They were both helpful and resolved my issues. We ordered a Cheap Bed which had been difficult to find, and when the Cheap Bedarrived it was defective. Wayfair immediately granted a full credit with no hassle. It's always better as a buyer if you don't have a problem with the product, but the true mark of a company is how they handle the problems that inevitably will occur in the course of running a large business.
