I was looking for a gift to send someone on a secret Santa exchange and as soon as I saw this Zoomie Kids Phipps Old Style- Race Toddler Car Bed I knew it would be perfect! So cute! Simple and elegant. I bought one for myself and a friend and she loved it.

After reading the bad reviews, I got pretty nervous about calling to request a replacement part that had come damaged. Despite a little bit of a wait, customer service was super quick and friendly and got a replacement part shipped out in the next two days. The Kids Bed was fairly low quality, but I paid a low price, so I can't really complain about that. Looks fine, just cheap materials. I'm sure the more expensive Kids Bed are nicer. Anyway, thought it was worth leaving a good review about customer service since it seems they might be stepping it up!

These Zoomie Kids Phipps Old Style- Race Toddler Car Bed was my first purchase. When I saw it online it really sparked an interest. When I received it I was so excited by the beauty of it. So simple but very personal. I am very impressed with him. It could have done better to fit the elegance of the Kids Bed.

They work hard to make things right, I am very articular about things and if I am not happy with an item I buy online I expect the same service as I would get from a local store. If you call customer service you will be satisfied with results every time.

Great company and wonderful, products quality products. Fast service and customer service is very helpful. I had one item arrive missing a part. I was told that they could send me a new product or send me the part. I had the missing part within a week. No questions asked. Everything else I ordered came packaged great with no defects and when the large item arrived, the delivery men put it just where I needed it. I would highly recommend this company.

I initially ordered two barstools but for some reason there was miscommunication between csr/dispatching department and the warehouse (I assume). These Kids Beds are so large and delicate. Is very pretty. I bought one for myself and my friend. I would definitely recommend this product if you are in the market for a cute Kids Bed. Great gift for any age! Looks a bit cheap, but still very cute!

I ordered a Kids Bed from Wayfair recently and was glad to see that it would be arriving before my upcoming trip. I found out late in the process that the delivery would be delayed and was freaking out! So by being int ouch with the customer service dept. I was eventually put on the line with J. He is a delivery specialist, and he saved the day! He not only coordinated it all, but even got it there on a Sunday for me!
