Online photos do not make this furniture justice. These were a 22st birthday gift and probably one of the best gifts I have ever gotten. The Armoire is beautiful, strong, but still smooth. I received my package when they said it would arrive. The box itself had a squished corner, not too concerning as the contents were packaged very well. One of the pieces did end up being damaged. I called customer service to get a replacement part. I was on the phone maybe 3 minutes, no hassle and they already have a replacement part on the way, free of charge! The representative who helped me was so kind! I'll definitely think of wayfair if I need anything else for our house!

I bought several of these Armoire to give to friends and family. It seems more expensive than it is. I always point it out and it makes the recipient of the gift feel very special. It is nice! When they go on sale, this is a good gift to stock up on, everyone loves this gift!

Wayfair is my favorite home decor site. I was confused by all of the low scores and thought perhaps they were being unfairly reviewed. When examining the dates of the low scores, it appears that people are most upset with having to wait for their stuff which to me is an unfair criticism in light of Covid. They had promotional free shipping on returns earlier this year which was really nice, but I get why that can be costly for the company.

I was looking for a gift to send someone on a secret Santa exchange and as soon as I saw this Loon Peak Riedel TV-Armoire I knew it would be perfect! So cute! Simple and elegant. I bought one for myself and a friend and she loved it.

After reading the bad reviews, I got pretty nervous about calling to request a replacement part that had come damaged. Despite a little bit of a wait, customer service was super quick and friendly and got a replacement part shipped out in the next two days. The Armoire was fairly low quality, but I paid a low price, so I can't really complain about that. Looks fine, just cheap materials. I'm sure the more expensive Armoire are nicer. Anyway, thought it was worth leaving a good review about customer service since it seems they might be stepping it up!

These Loon Peak Riedel TV-Armoire was my first purchase. When I saw it online it really sparked an interest. When I received it I was so excited by the beauty of it. So simple but very personal. I am very impressed with him. It could have done better to fit the elegance of the Armoire.

Great company and wonderful, products quality products. Fast service and customer service is very helpful. I had one item arrive missing a part. I was told that they could send me a new product or send me the part. I had the missing part within a week. No questions asked. These Armoires are so large and delicate. Is very pretty. I bought one for myself and my friend. I would definitely recommend this product if you are in the market for a cute Armoire. Great gift for any age! Looks a bit cheap, but still very cute!

I ordered a Armoire from Wayfair recently and was glad to see that it would be arriving before my upcoming trip. I found out late in the process that the delivery would be delayed and was freaking out! So by being int ouch with the customer service dept. I was eventually put on the line with J. He is a delivery specialist, and he saved the day! He not only coordinated it all, but even got it there on a Sunday for me!
